How does AI valuation work?

Our engine applies 4 steps: Elasticsearch aggregation of 2019–2026 comparables, filtering by surface/wilaya/type, geo + features similarity scoring, then Bayesian weighting with displayed confidence.

How are price-per-m² calculated?

Official DGI biennial grid as baseline, cross-referenced with real transactions observed since 2019, then adjusted for standing, condition, floor and view.

Can I be called back?

How does the mortgage work?
