The DZ Immobilier team visited the BATIWEST trade fair, which concluded yesterday in Oran. This major event brought together national and international players from the building, real estate, and ceramics sectors. During the days of the exhibition, we explored the latest offers and innovations, visited the stands of several local companies, and conducted interviews with various exhibitors — interviews that will soon be broadcast on our social media accounts to highlight the stories of producers and the quality of their local projects.
Now in its 22nd edition, the fair was held this year at the Mohamed Ben Ahmed Convention Center in Oran, from October 15 to 19, 2025, bringing together nearly 120 exhibitors from various fields related to construction, real estate, public works, and materials such as ceramics, insulation, and finishing systems. BATIWEST is one of the major regional exhibitions organized by industry specialists, gathering professionals, investors, and local and international players in one venue.
During our visit through the aisles of the fair, we observed a great diversity of products on display: companies offering complete solutions in construction materials, exhibitors specializing in decoration, insulation, and energy, as well as technological innovations in industrial construction, marble, and ceramics. The event also featured well-known national companies presenting locally manufactured products with quality standards that rival imported goods.
Our interviews, conducted in a spontaneous and friendly tone, highlighted the features and quality of the products exhibited. Several exhibitors expressed their pride in offering high-quality local products, designed to meet national demand, reduce dependency on imports, and help Algerian real estate developers build modern structures using efficient local materials.

From an organizational standpoint, the BATIWEST coordinators ensured a professional environment that brought together project developers, real estate promoters, manufacturers, and suppliers, along with specialized visitors from both the public and private sectors. The fair has thus established itself as a genuine platform for exchange, networking, and professional partnerships. Recent editions illustrate the event’s ongoing evolution, now covering a wide range of activities related to construction and housing.
Following this successful stop in Oran, our attention now turns to the next destination: the SINA Paris Exhibition, which will take place from October 24 to 26, 2025, at Espace Charenton in Paris. This event serves as a key opportunity to connect Algerian real estate developers with the Algerian diaspora and investors interested in the national real estate market. SINA Paris will showcase new real estate projects in Algeria, presented directly to the diaspora public, providing an opportunity to strengthen trust between investors and developers, and to promote the strengths of the Algerian real estate market.
DZ Immobilier’s participation in this exhibition will once again be an opportunity to expand our professional network and provide on-the-ground coverage reflecting the growing dynamism of Algeria’s real estate sector.
