What sets this type apart
The 97 m² F4 follows the layout of the 101 m² F4: living area with kitchen of 24 m², bedrooms of 22, 12 and 16 m², shower room of 6 m², hall of 9 m². The difference lies in the balconies: two 3 m² balconies here, against 3 m² and 7 m² for the 101 m² F4, hence 4 m² less usable area.
The twin T4a plan, that of the 101 m² F4, occupies the odd floors, from the 1st to the 11th. Neither has a courtyard or a terrace.
